nothing worth having ever comes easy... if it did we wouldn't appreciate it nearly as much.

Its amazing how roadblocks just fall on the path almost as quickly as the path appears. Its as if life is saying "alright... how much do you want it?"

How much DO I want it?

That is an excellent question.

With it or without it I am still me. I'm still smart and kind and loving... I still love to give to others, make people smile, and learn from those around me. I still eat pickles and cheese in the same bowl, make silly faces with my sisters, and still make the best damn spaghetti on the planet. But therein lies the possibilities. And as we all know... i'm all about the possibilities.

What if this something teaches me... allows me to grow as a person and as a part of something more. What if this something is exactly what I have been waiting to find?

Maybe it is... Maybe it isn't.

Optimisim doesn't grow on trees... sometimes it seems as though it just isn't going to happen. Too little time, too many complications and just not enough mental or emotional strength to make it through. Are the rewards great enough that the cost will be worth it? You never know until you ride it out and see what waits for you at the end.

How much do I want it?

Well... we are about to find out.

where does inspiration come from?                     i am not beautiful like you... i am beautiful like me..* purses. Most women understand this simple comfort. The never let you down. A new makes everything better. Purses are almost underrated. shoes. Even the uncomfortable ones  are tremendously loved. Each point, sparkle, strap and buckle adds just a little flair... a little confidence to the girl wearing them. sunglasses. big gorgeous sunglasses. The perfect pair can glam you up on a day with no make up... or hide your tears from the boy that broke your heart. I've never been a big girly girl but these three things are something that every girl can appreciate. Where does inspiration come from?                 the real journey to discovery does not consist of                              seeking new landscapes...                                         but having new eyes...* It is amazing how the inspired can conquer all. A touch of inspiration can trigger events that can change the world. Why then, is it so hard for so many to be inspired? We give up on our dreams... on the details that give our daily life purpose. We get lost within our selves. Bogged down by the mundane, the hearts that once soared with hopes suddenly are flightless... simply trying to make it through the day. How sad life is when we have lost all hope for the future.             either die to live or you are just living to die...* purses shoes and sunglasses. Just simple representations of the life we all should hope to have. One where we feel secure... that all our hopes and dreams and loved ones are within arms reach when we need them...                                                                                                   purses. ...one where we know that we are glamourous and wonderful... that nothing can stop us from getting where we need to go or stop us from taking strides to be the people we were truly meant to be...                                                                                                     shoes. ...one where we are comforted when things get tough... a shelter... a soft place to fall where we can retire to and pick up the pieces... only to emerge more wonderful than before...                                                                                                 sunglasses.                       life is beautiful...*

Okay... so I have been a huge Ricky Williams fan since he was a longhorn :) :::HOOK EM BABY!!!::: I can honestly say that his choices really disappointed me as a fan and as a football enthusiast (putting all that talent aside for pot... wow :P ). After hearing him on ESPN radio about ten minutes ago I think his reinstatement would be an awesome thing. If you know anything about Ricky's story you know he came from pretty humble beginnings and was struggling with severe anxiety issues when he started as a pro. Dealing with the media was a huge phobia for him and once confronted with the fame he gained the media was a great source of stress for him. Hearing him on the radio this morning sure made it sound like he was on the up and up but I guess that we will see how it goes... ... it sounded to me like he has learned a lot over the past couple years and I think that if the commissioner does reinstate him he will be a lot better off than he was this time around and we will see him fulfill the great potential that he once showed. The big question will be will the dolphins take him back or will they push his reinstatement so they can get rid of him in the draft. A 2000 yard season sure does advocate a valuable running back... especially when he's a team player and not a player that wants the ball on every play... (I copied this to my blog so if you are a football fan that knows anything about this... weigh in :) ) IMO... I hope he gets reinstated... and if he does we will see some great things.
